International Capoliveri Haiku 2011, List of selected authors

International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2011, authors selected to be included in anthology 2011. Winners of the Contest will be selected among the authors included in the following list, by March 2012.

According to the announcement, the winning poets are granted with a 7 day stay for two people in hotels or residences in Capoliveri (Elba Isle) and  a awards ceremony  in May 2012

INTERNATIONAL CAPOLIVERI

HAIKU CONTEST 2011

The International Capoliveri Haiku Contest, organised by the Capoliveri Town Council (on the island of Elba) and by Giorgio Weiss's Il Parnaso Association, is open to European citizens.

According to the regulations, the haiku in competition must:

- respect the poetic structure of being made up of one stanza, with or without a title, of three lines, the first and third of five syllables, the second of seven syllables;
- be written in an  European  language and translated to italian or english (no need to respect syllables number in the translation);

Participants may freely choose between four themes: 1) marine enviroment, 2) woodland enviroment,  3)mining, 4) grape growing / wine making.

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2010 in the second and third meeting has declared ten more winners, so the full list of 16 poets is:

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2010 in the first meeting held in november 8th, 2010, has declared winners: Bruno Bonfanti (Italy, Genova), Brigitte Briatte (France, La Tronche), Veronika Grossinger (Austria, Muerzhofen), Jean Gualbert (Belgium, Auderghem), Roland Halbert (France, Nantes), Angela Lista (Italy, Pavia).

International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009 - Jury last session and winners

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009, in the last session held in april 19th, 2010, has declared the last group of winners: Ida Tagliabue (Brescia) and Clara Vajthò (Lido di Venezia).

According to the announcement, the winning poets are granted with a 7 day stay for two people in hotels or residences in Capoliveri (Elba Isle), in May 2010.

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009, in the third session held in march 26th, 2010, has declared the third group of winners: Francesco de Sabata (Pescantina - Italy), Annika Strömberg (Sweden), Frans Terryn  (Belgium).

According to the announcement, the winning poets are granted with a 7 day stay for two people in hotels or residences in Capoliveri (Elba Isle), in May 2010.

International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009 - Jury second session and winners

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009, in the second session held in january 26th, 2010, has declared the second group of winners: Luciana Moretto (Uderzo), Luigi Morini (Milan), M. Ivana Trevisani Bach (Albisola Capo).

According to the announcement, the winning poets are granted with a 7 day stay for two people in hotels or residences in Capoliveri (Elba Isle), in May 2010.

The Jury of the International Capoliveri Haiku Contest 2009, in the first session held in december 22nd, 2009, has declared the first group of winners: Thorsten Becher (Germany), Angela Proietti (Italy, Gubbio), Eduard Tara (Romania), Marco Zapparoli (Italy, Milan).
